​Hilot is becoming a more and more popular traditional massage technique, originally coming from Philippines. Applying the Hilot massage, our native Philippine masseuses will release your body and bring its energies back to natural balance. This method is based on energy principles of disease diagnostics and healing, like with Shiatsu massages or acupressure or Ayurveda massages. The massage is performed using special aromatic oil, applying higher pressure on stiff tissues and special massage techniques aimed at release of blockages.
